For its 2013 conference, APAD proposed to deepen the methodological, epistemological, and ethical questions inherent to research relationships in humanitarian or development aid contexts.
The conference took place from June 13 to 15, 2013. Around 80 papers from more than 20 countries were presented and discussed in 20 different panels.
