Philippe Lavigne Delville gave a conference at INSS seminar, Ouagadougou
APAD is 25! On June the 8th, Philippe Lavigne Delville, APAD president, gave a conference to the 3SB seminar at INSS (national institute for social sciences) in Ouagadugu on " The socio-anthropology of development, from local interface to the fabric of public policy". Around 39 people attended the conference and in-depth debate followed the presentation.
